What's the difference between a Drive-up Garage -vs- Temperature Controlled unit?

Our Indoor Temperature Controlled units are accessed through a key-pad entry door, they offer wide 5' hallways for ease of access and are heated in the winter and air conditioned in the summer to maintain a safe temperature and humidity for your belongings.

The Drive-up units are very similar to a home garage, you simply pull up to your unit, open the door and unload; they are protected from the elements, however they offer no insulation from the temperature and humidity.

What dictates Temperature Control rather than a Drive-Up Garage unit? We typically guide you toward temperature control for fine furniture, antiques, photographs, books, paperwork, CDs, DVDs, electronics, and delicate collectibles to prevent warping, fading, or exposure to the Texas humidity.

Do you have moving trucks available?
No, but we offer up to a $50 rent credit to reimburse you for a local moving truck rental.

Do you have packing and moving supplies?
Yes, we have boxes, tape, packing paper, mattress covers, and tie downs to ensure your belongings are properly protected.

What type of security do you have?
Our Resident Managers live onsite.  We have well lit properties with perimeter fencing, gate coded access unique to each tenant at both locations, and 24 hour surveillance cameras at both our Pflugerville and Round Rock locations. As an added security measure we only sell Disc Padlocks, the most secure in the storage industry; you always have the option of using your own lock.

What are the gate access hours?
6am–9pm, we do offer 24 hour access for special circumstance tenants for an additional monthly charge.

Do you offer RV/Boat/Auto/Trailer parking?

Yes, both locations offer Boat, Auto, and Trailer slots, 9'x22'. RV parking slots are 10'x 35', and only at our Round Rock location. Call for availability and pricing.

What documents do you require for vehicle, trailer, or RV parking?
We make copies of the following documents: 

Vehicles, RV's, Box Trucks, and Trailers - current registration, title and copy of any insurance
Flatbed Trailers - current registration and copy of any insurance
Boats – current registration, title and copy of any insurance
Outboard Motors - title for motor

What payment options do you offer?
You may pay in person during business hours or after hours by dropping payment in drop slot in front door.  You may call your payment into our office, or you may initiate auto-pay with a major credit card or debit card.

What sizes are available and how do I pick my size?

Our managers are an excellent source in helping you choose the appropriate size; we can also offer assistance in helping you visualize what will fit.

How many days notice do I need to give you when I decide to move out?  No notice is required, but we request ten days notice prior to move-out, so that we'll have time to notify any customers that might be on a waiting list.
