Pflugerville Office Hours:
Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm
Saturday 9:00am–3:00pm
Closed on Sundays and Holidays

Round Rock Office Hours:
Monday, Wednesday –Saturday 9:00am–5:30pm
Closed on Sunday, Tuesday, and Holidays

Gate Hours:
6:00am–9:00pm Daily  

24 Hour access is available and on a case by case basis at the manager’s discretion for an additional fee of $5.00 per month
This is a NON SMOKING facility, and prohibited in all areas inside the gate, customers may smoke in the customer parking lot
All storage spaces must be kept locked at all times — only 1 lock per space is allowed

Payments may be by cash, check, credit/debit cards
Auto Billing is available for customers through credit/debit card accounts
Accounts are auto debited on the first of each month
Failure to notify us regarding new credit/debit card information such as new expiration dates or changes in accounts may result in late fees

There are no Rental Refunds, we do NOT prorate on Move-Out
Occupant must be current on all obligations at time of move-out
Occupant's lock must be removed on move-out date to avoid additional rental fees
Occupant must REMOVE ALL trash from space, halls, driveways, or anywhere on A-A-A property
Occupant will be held liable for damages and cleaning charges for failure to remove all contents and debris, failure to "broom clean", and other lease violations. Cleaning Charges are set at $25 per hour

PACK YOUR UNIT LIKE A PRO
DO NOT STORE FOOD — perishable items, aerosol kitchen products, frozen food, dry foods, can goods, jarred products, or pet foods
ALWAYS PLACE VALUABLES TOWARDS THE BACK OF YOUR STORAGE UNIT
Leave walkways between boxes and furniture in unit for ease of access
NEVER store LEATHER WRAPPED IN PLASTIC it will mold, protect it with a tarp, blanket, or sheet
Protect your wooden, upholstered and antique furniture with blankets, sheets, and tarps
Protect your items from moisture:
Lay plastic sheeting or wood pallets on floor to protect boxes
Never place items directly against concrete block walls
Store your mattresses in Mattress Bags
Use boxes that are similar in size, they are much easier to stack
Always store heavy boxes on bottom, light ones on top
Fill all boxes to the top to avoid collapsing
Packing paper, newspaper, towels, and pillows are great stuffers for odd shaped/fragile items
Leave your refrigerator door ajar to prevent mold/mildew during storage
Remove refrigerator/freezer shelves and utilize space for small kitchen boxes
Use drawers to pack loose items into
Store loose clothing, towels, throw rugs, drapery, linens, in Washer and Dryer
Remove table legs for easier storage, stack chairs when possible
Use trash cans to store rakes, shovels, hoes, and misc garden items
ALWAYS drain fluids to avoid corrosion when storing lawn and garden equipment
Treat metal tools and equipment with rust protector
NEVER store flammable or combustible items such as gasoline, oil, cleaning fluids, paint thinner, soaked rags, fireworks, or propane tanks
Do Not stack items so that they will fall into storage door or you will not be able open/close unit without risk of breakage
